Serve as the face and voice of one of the world's leading cruise lines. Manage guest experience of the entertainment department and a staff of 6 including Fun Squad and Host DJ. Responsible for providing world class entertainment and fun, memorable vacations at a great value for up to 5000 guests weekly, whilst also maintaining quality control, guest safety, and budget.

  • Host guest events including lounge shows, revenue presentations, deck parties, live morning shows, meet and greets, and more. Emphasis on creating excitement and driving revenue

  • Train, mentor and develop staff including administering performance appraisals and succession planning

  • Help drive NPS targets up by working closely together with the Entertainment Director and Hotel Director
